Oh Tracie, This is just what I needed. Cooking for one is a problem but I can make these meals and know when I can freeze another serving. I like knowing how much protein and fat is in each recipe also. And those Quick Meals!!!!Just the thing when unexpected guests drop in.

Hi Tracie, I have LOVED this recipe pack. Its been a great go to for meal planning for a full time working mum trying to cook nutritious and delicious meals for her family! I have tried at least 8 recipes already and have made a few of them several times because why wouldn’t I?
I love knowing that I wont feel unwell or bloated after eating these meals. I love the variety of the recipes and the fact there isn’t 1000 ingredients needed, I pretty much had most items except for harissa paste which I now do have a tube and love the harissa spiced carrots because of it. Oh and the broccoli soup was a winner for my incredibly fussy daughter too. Thanks so much!
