If we havent met, I'm Tracie, an accredited (degree qual) nutritionist with over 12 years in the biz. First with Nutrition Australia & the NHS London, and then on my own with Tracie Talks Health. I couldn't keep promoting the Gov food pyramids when theyre compromised & dont provide solutions, so I ventured out on my own 7 yrs ago to share the facts. Also a mum of 2 little ones, 8 and 4, and recently turned a fierce 43 🙆‍♀️⁣

I don't push products or any fad diets to elevate your health. My goal is to educate & assist for long-term results, with science. If I can clear your food confusion & indentify exactly what you need to thrive - leaving you feeling exceptional, inspired & owning it - my job is done. ⁣

In a preventative health - focused world we'd all In a preventative health - focused world we'd all be educated with these simple 2 Hr steps for better 𝗦𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗽, 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆, 𝗛𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 & 𝗜𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗲 health from early teenage years. But for most that isn't the case, so I'm gladly passing on the wisdom 💪💃🎉⁣

⏰ For a better sleep : wait at least 2hrs between your last meal/drink and before going to bed ⁣

⏰ For better natural cortisol (hormone) release : wait at least 2hrs between waking and drinking caffeine⁣

⏰ For better digestion : wait at least 2 hrs between meals ⁣
⁣
⏰ For increased mental clarity, digestion, sleep, immunity & overall health : consume at least 2 glasses of healthy fluid every 2 hrs ⁣
